Set the target
Name the objective, choose its category and define pages, reps, kilometers, minutes or another clear target.
HABIT TRACKER FOR REAL-WORLD GOALS
A habit is not always “done” or “not done.” Maybe you read 12 of 20 pages. Maybe you trained for 30 of 45 minutes. PAUZEN tracks the full win, the honest partial and the days that need a fresh start — without turning one miss into a dramatic identity crisis.
Perfect streak or total failure. Real progress has a middle. Track it.
THIS WEEK
72%13 of 18 objectivesMEASURE WHAT THE GOAL ACTUALLY IS
PAUZEN lets an objective match the action. A reading goal can use pages. Training can use repetitions, distance or time. A custom category keeps your system understandable, and a manual completion option covers goals that do not depend on a timer.
Name the objective, choose its category and define pages, reps, kilometers, minutes or another clear target.
Add days and a time directly, or place the objective inside a routine you already use.
Start a focus session, update progress manually or complete the objective without counting the same event twice.
A CALENDAR THAT TELLS THE TRUTH
The weekly view gives you fast context. The monthly view expands when you need the whole picture. Four distinct states keep the calendar readable: completed, partial, not completed and today. No mysterious orange blob. No guessing whether a marked day means success or simply “selected.”
A clear success state shows that the day's planned objective was met.
A split state gives credit for progress without pretending the target was fully reached.
A restrained missed state stays legible without shouting punishment at you.
A ring separates the current day from completion status, so “where am I?” is always obvious.
Switch the same progress system between a focused week and an expanded month.
Review this week's rhythm as visual objective cards or a compact list, whichever reads faster.
ROUTINES REMOVE THE DAILY NEGOTIATION
A routine connects an objective to selected days and a time. When the moment arrives, the reminder names what is due and gives you a direct Start objective action with the focus time already configured. You can edit the routine, add another objective, remove its configuration or skip today with a recorded reason.
Use an existing goal or create a new one with a target and default focus time.
Use the wheel-style time selector instead of typing a fragile time by hand.
Open the reminder, start the goal and let the calendar update when the action is registered.
PROGRESS WITHOUT THE PERFORMATIVE NONSENSE
PAUZEN puts focused minutes, weekly completion, streak, completed objectives, blocked interruptions and earned reward time in one progress view. The point is not to worship a streak. It is to notice what works, adjust what does not and keep the next action small enough to repeat.
